I have selected a small boutique website format to provide listings of quality, unique homes and condos in Metro Vancouver and my current featured properties. I have also included a general search engine for additional Metro Vancouver Neighbourhoods and Outside of Vancouver Communities.The design allows you to 'navigate' with simple and descricptive 'search buttons', bringing you to the market information you desire most.
Coming soon to the website you will be able to view exciting properties in Victoria, Ranches and Resorts throughout British Columbia and across Canada - Coast to Coast. There will also be a Link to Business / Commercial Investments.
Included on the site are two very exciting features. The first is a summary of what to expect if you are either buying or selling a home, from documents to sign, to the process and of course, the general related costs. You'll find this in the Seller and Buyer Solutions Menu Buttons.
The second feature is called 'excitement'! This section reviews my Client Programmes... from Aeroplan Points, to Cruises for two, to my exclusive Referral Programme. I believe you'll find this information most interesting; maybe even ... exciting !
